There's no such thing as "Dead Week"

Not in Sam's world, anyway. While it seems like all the state universities have a really, really easy week in the week leading up to finals week... my community college is doing the exact opposite. I have two papers to write, a speech to give, a presentation to give... all before finals start on Wednesday. And that's not including all the studying that needs to happen between then and now.

Is anybody else in the same boat, or is it just my community college?

CSU has their so-called "Dead Week", as did IUPUI... they had NOTHING due for the whole week before finals. Honestly... O_o

oh, and by CSU I was referring to Colo state, not Cali...

lol, figured as much when it came to csu...my brother is in csu and doesn't have a dead week. neither do my uc friends. neither do my community college friends. neither do my private school friends. sigh. at redlands, classes end the 11th, we have a free day to study, then a final whenever they scheduled it. my business law is the 13th and my accounting the 14th. they can be any time, anywhere from the 12th-17th. then we're expelled from campus to go stare at the ceilings of parents' house for three weeks. and then the lovely cycle starts all over again, except we only get a week between spring sem and mayterm. oh, and some classes decide to take it "easy" on us and schedule the final the last week of classes. but that always sucks because that is when the other classes have huge projects due. joy.
