Music love

The soundtrack for Stardust is coming out in TWO DAYS!!! I hope I can get it from the library ASAP... otherwise, I'm sure I'll end up blowing $10 for it on my next B & N trip. And same goes for the soundtrack to Transformers! The movie was all right (nothing to write home about, I'd say, but not too bad, either), but the soundtrack was love at first hearing. Forget all the heavy metal/rock that they put into the movie; I could care less about all of that. But the orchestral score was fantastic! And, to top it all off - I'm next in line to get the soundtrack for Pirates of the Caribbean III from the library. Weeeeee.

OH MY GOSH!!! That Matt hasn't written before me!!!!! Sorry...it's just rather unusual.
Have you seen Ratatouille? And what the heck is Stardust about? And are your cds at B&N only $10? Mine usually cost $20-25.

Hahaha, yeah, it is rather unusual... cheers, congrats, and all that spiffin' jazz. ;)

Yeah, I saw Ratatouille - loved it! It made me so hungry, though. But, yes, great story, I thought. And Stardust is a sort of fantasy-adventure story... best fantasy movie I've seen in a long time, 'part from LOTR. And sometimes I can get CDs for only $10... not the new releases, though. Sometimes those are as much as $30. Meh.

Have you seen Pirates of the Caribbean III?

Heck no - and I don't want to. The music is probably good, but there is NO WAY that I'm going to watch that dopey movie. The first was okay, the second was bad, the third is most likely worse. What did you think of it?

You should watch it! Okay, so it was pretty dopey. But it had a maelstrom! It was sooooooo awesome. The third movie was... hmmm... well, it had some parts that weren't all that impressive, but a few parts that were totally sweet (I loved Barbossa's maniacal laugh. mwahahahaha!). I'd say see it - and then just watch the maelstrom part over and over again. ;)

Stardust sounded good, it's on my list of movies to see (but my computer's CD drive disappeared and I can't watch any movies *kicks computer out window*) Pirates III however, would probably join the computer on the ground outside . . .

computer CD drive issue- sounds like a bios issue or a hardware config problem. If you are on a Mac computer or something that envolves an apple I wish you luck and pray for your machine.

I need to go through the store and buy sound tracks, several of my friends have switched to listening to sound tracks.

Mere: But Pirates III has a MAELSTROM!!! O_O Gotta watch it just for that single scene. The rest is pretty awful, but that one scene.... ahhh, bliss. And Barbossa rules. Mwahahaha!
